Service Description

Energize your body with a dynamic Strength & Conditioning session designed for all levels. Each class begins with Surya Namaskar A to gently warm up and activate every major muscle group. You’ll then move into a series of strength‑building exercises using dumbbells (or simply two filled water bottles if you prefer). This is a fully online class, so all you need is: A stable internet connection A pair of dumbbells or two bottles of water for resistance Build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling empowered and refreshed.
